Upcoming Academic Awards Programs

The 6th grade Academic Awards Program will take place on Friday, May 11th at @1:30 PM. This event is not open to parents attending, but will be Facebook Live-Streamed for parents to either view live or watch afterward from the school Facebook page. The MS (7/8th) Academic Awards Program will take place on Monday, May 14th at @2:15 PM in the cafeteria & will be open to parents attending. This event will also be Facebook Live-Streamed for parents or relatives that cannot attend either live or afterward.

Q4 Progress Reports

Friday the 27th is the cut-off for MS Progress Reports. Students with a D or an F in a core subject will receive an e-mail from their teacher with this report.


End of Q3 - Electronic Report Cards

The quarter ended on March 14th and final grades will be posted for all students by 8 AM on Mon, March 19th. The office will not be printing hard copy report cards this time; grades will be available for review on Infinite Campus only. Please check final grades there. If you have any difficulty please contact the school office and they will be able to assist you.

Parent Conferences

Mid-Quarter is Friday, Feb 9th & Parent Conferences are scheduled for Wed, Feb 14th from 4-6 PM & Thurs, Feb 15th from 12:30 - 6 PM. Since we are in the middle of the quarter, there will be no report card print-out available for conferences. Teachers are asking parents to visit their student's Infinite Campus site & print out any classroom grade reports you are interested in prior to attending your conference. This will help facilitate your conversation with the teacher & your student. Ms. Ericka in the front office can help get you connected if you need assistance.

These are student led conferences, so your student will need to attend. No appointment is necessary. A conference flyer is attached to this Schoolnotes page under the Files tab at the bottom of the list. The letter is available in (3) languages (English, Russian & Spanish) Remember that the 15th is only a half day of school & there is NO school on the 16th & the 19th.

The school science fair is scheduled for Sat the 24th of Feb from 9 - 11 AM.
