6th Science: Print out a copy of the periodic table of elements. Color in each element based on if it is a metal, metalloid, or a non- metal. Then list each element, name and number on a separate sheet of paper. Make test corrections for half credit. To receive credit, you must return the original test and the corrections. ELA: From today’s in class interview’s use the info gathered to write a paper with an intro, one paragraph about the differences and one about similarities, and a conclusion. This may be typed. If it is typed it must be in 12pt font, times new roman and double spaced. Paper must be mounted on Construction paper. Due November 30th in class.

Using the information, you have gathered about the New England, Middle and Southern colonies create a brochure that would have been passed out to attract colonist to move to America. Make a tri-fold brochure with photos, the brochure should be mounted on construction paper as well. Each panel should be dedicated to one area of the colonies. Write about the economy of each area as well as geography. Also mention the types of people moving to each part and some of the benefits of moving to the new world. The brochure is due November 30th in class.

Write a 3 paragraph essay about a historical figure of your choosing. In this essay you must include a biography of the person highlighting their accomplishments and main contributions to better society, as well as, why you would consider this person to be a role model. This essay may be typed. If it is typed, it must be in 12pt font, double spaced, and in Times New Roman. The essay MUST be mounted on construction paper and include a photo of your historical role model. A cover page must also accompany your essay. DUE: IN CLASS NOVEMBER 30TH.
