Dear Cadets and Families,
Last September, I posted a project through the Donors Choose Program to fund iPad covers and a new podium for my Spanish classsroom. I thought you would like to know that your student has been working with iPads inside and outside the classroom with different Apps and collaborative assignments throughout the semester. They are engaged learning Spanish and exploring 3D scenarios from the Spanish speaking countries as if they were touring to different landmarks and historic places.
The project deadline is December 13. We still in need of some generous support and donations. If you can't donate anything at this time, no worries... just share this information with anyone who you know is passionate about education. Your donation will have a direct impact on at least 200 students this year and you'll hear back from our class about your impact!

Welcome back to school! I hope you had a wonderful time with family and friends. This week, we will learn more vocabulary about chores, celebrations and activities families do at home. Also, there are new verb conjugations - irregular yo forms, acabar de, chores at home and informal commands.
Just a friendly reminder, Friday is the half-point for the second marking period. Please, check your HAC account and submit missing assignments for half-credit by Wednesday after-school.
