Today, Friday 9/5/14, is a First Friday. We will be attending Mass at 8:30am. Our dismissals on both Thursday and Friday will be at noon, as the first two days are half days. Please make sure you pick up your children at the front of the church building, on the sidewalk.
Students who have not handed in their summer reading assignments, money for planner and weekly reader, or any supplies, will need to have these things in by Monday 9/8/14.
Please bring The Lemonade War to school next week. We will be using it during the first few weeks of school.

Reminders:
Scholastic Book Club forms went out yesterday. There were several forms, to give our students a wide variety of choices. These orders are due 9/19/14.
Students were to bring in their favorite book for Friday 9/5/14.
Weekly letters will be given on Monday and be expected back to school on Friday.

On Thursday, 9/4/14, students should meet in the parking lot. At 10:30am we will attend Back to School Mass. Friday, 9/5/14, is a First Friday. We will be attending Mass at 8:30am. Our dismissals on both Thursday and Friday will be at noon, as the first two days are half days.
Our School supply list is on the SJA website. Our Summer Reading assignment is also on the website. All students are the arrive to school on Thursday with both their summer reading assignments and ALL supplies with them. Please remember to label all of your supplies with your name and subject on them. This will make it easier to unpack our supplies on Thursday.Students will also need highlighters for Science class.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Thursday.

School begins on Thursday, 9/4/14. I cannot believe the summer is over. I am very excited to begin our year of learning together.

Happy Summer! I hope everyone is enjoying their vacations so far.
School will be starting before you know it. It begins for students on 9/4/14 with an early dismissal schedule.
All Students were given a summer reading assignment and supply list. All summer reading is due on the first day of school.
All supplies should be brought in that day as well. I am also asking all students in homeroom 5-21 to please have a Marble Notebook and Folder for Vocabulary as well as Writing. Students will also need highlighters and post-its for Language Arts.
