We will continue to work in the Edgenuity program.The cadets are making progress as they work toward completing their current course of study.
We have completed our first practice of a real (designed by the students) CSI. We will take time Monday to reflect and if time allows, have our first quiz on Chapter 2, Crime Scene Investigation. We will continue to watch, "Poisoners Handbook" (a history of forensic investigation in the United States) to prepare for a summative reflection, which will be turned in at the completion of the video. We will continue our studies with a Chapter on forensic hair analysis.
This week we will study Newton's laws of motion and apply them to the physics of car crashes. We will have a quiz on Newton's Laws on Wednesday. The Newton's Laws webquest will be due on Tuesday.
We will continue the documentary on the history of forenics in the US this week. After completing the CSI unit we will set up and solve our own crime scenes folloing forensic procedure. We will have our first quiz on Chapter 2, Crime Scene Investigation on Friday.
