Grade 7 RC - ELA - we corrected the assigned Spelling questions from chapter 9 and had 15 min. of Silent Reading. Chapter 9 Spelling quiz on Tuesday.
Grade 8B - MATH - students are working on questions 1-14 from p. 238 (Practice Test) due Monday. Chapter 6 Test on Monday.
Grade 8M - MATH - the same as above.
Grade 7 C - MATH - we corrected the questions previously assigned from p. 138, q. 8,9,10,14 and started working on p. 143, q. 8,9,10,11 b,c, 13 and 15 a.
Grade 7 RC - MATH - We corrected q. 8,9,10,11b,c, 13 and 15 a on p. 143. no homework.
GRADE 2 FRENCH - We did a verbal review of animals and classromm objects.
GRADE 6 M FRENCH - Students wrote a vocabulary quiz on Au Cinema and we corrected it together in class. No homework.
GRADE 5 FRENCH - I corrected about half of the rough copies for the Venez Chez Moi presentations. I will finish them next class. Students should be gathering 4 photos or a combination of pictures and drawings for their presentation.
GRADE 7 C FRENCH - we reviewed numbers in French from 1-100 and 1,000. Practice questions were put on the board, due next class.
GRADE 8 M RELIGION - we started chapter 4 pages 44 and 45, to be continued next time. No homework.
GRADE 8 M FRENCH - we reviewed Les Professions/ Carrieres. There will be a short vocabulary quiz on Monday.
GRADE 7 C RELIGION - we began chapter 4 talking about the Great Commandment that Jesus gave. To be continued, no homework.
GRADE 7 G RELIGION - same as above.
GRADE 2 FRENCH - we reviewed the colours, numbers 1-10 and animals, both pronunciation and meaning.
GRADE 6 FRENCH - we did a vocabulary review for the Au Cinema section of the Natalie story. There will be a vocabulary quiz tomorrow.
GRADE 7 C RELIGION - students wrote their chapter quiz today. No homework.
GRADE 8 M RELIGION - students wrote their chapter 3 quiz today.
GRADE 7 C FRENCH - we started to look at Les Numeros/Numbers. To be continued. No homework.
GRADE 8 B RELIGION - we finished chapter 3. There will be a quiz on it next Wednesday.
GRADE 5 FRENCH - We finished writing the vocabulary words for Venez Chez Moi !, practiced oral pronunciation and students started to translate the 4 paragraphs in English. Due Monday.
GRADE 7 G FRENCH - we corrected section E of Le Monde and 10 sentences were assigned for translation. Due Monday.
GRADE 7 G RELIGION - We began the new chapter on God The Father and read the introductory part, discussing Genesis. To be continued next class. No homework.
GRADE 8 B FRENCH - We practiced making sentences using Les Professions/Les Carrieres and the verb Etre. There will be a short vocabulary quiz on this topic on Monday.
GRADE 7 C FRENCH - we corrected the sentences previously assigned and new ones were assigned for Monday, relating to travelling and destinations.
GRADE 5 FRENCH - the students worked in class on translating from French to English the 4 paragraphs for Bienvenue Au Quebec, using their inclass notes. Due Friday.
GRADE 7 G FRENCH - we corrected the French sentences due today, regarding travelling, hand out sheeets were distributed and sections A and B. are due Friday.
GRADE 7 G RELIGION - we finished our discussion and reading on Evangelization and students were given time to complete the Activity on p. 37 about ways that different age groups can evangelize. We started to hear the students' answers. To be finished next class.
GRADE 8 B FRENCH - Students continued their oral presentations on Mes Travaux Menagers/ My Household Chores. There will be a short vocabulary quiz on Friday on this topic.
GRADE 7 C FRENCH - the same as 7 G, only section A is due Friday.
