FRENCH 4 - Students worke on a poster showing a type of weather of their own choosing, labelled in French (La Meteo). Those that didn't finish are to take it home and finish it for next class.
RELIGION 7 C - students finished presenting their group posters on Moses and the Ten Commandments. No homework.
FRENCH 7 C - we continued to practice writing sentences in French about Food / La Nourriture using the verbs manger, boire and aimer.
FRENCH 5 - we started the unit on Ants and the anthill. No homework.
RELIGION 7 G - student groups finished their group posters/advertisements and presented them. No homework.
RELIGION 7 C - Students finished their posters. They will present next class.
FRENCH 8 B - we started to look at Les Professions/Les Carrieres. No homework.
FRENCH 7 G - we continued wit la Nourriture and sentences using the verbs manger, boire and aimer.

FRENCH 4 - students wrote a quiz on the Parts of the Body - Les Parties du Corps and we corrected it in class, together. No homework.
FRENCH 5 - Students started to work on their French rough copy of their Venez chez moi presentation. Due next class.
RELIGION 7 C - each group of students presented verbally the summary of their story from the Mountain and Desert Gazette (textbook) and then the groups were given time to discuss ideas for their poster/advertisement related to Moses coming to town to talk about the Ten Commandments. No homework.
FRENCH 5 - Students worked on a rough copy, in English , of a personal presentation similar to Venez chez moi. Due tomorrow.
FRENCH 8B - we corrected homework and students had study time for Friday's quiz on Les Vetements.
FRENCH 7 G - we continued with our vocabulary list for Food items - La Nourriture. No homework.

RELIGION 7 G - students were divided into groups and assigned one of the 4 stories in the Mountain and Desert Gazette (p. 52-56) in the text. They were given class time to discuss the story in their group and come up with a summary that gives the main idea of the story and how it relates to the Ten Commandments.

FRENCH 7 G - We started a unit on La Nourriture - Food. No homework.
FRENCH 6 - we discussed ways to describe movies, based on the Natalie sheet and took vocabulary notes on adjectives for movies. For Friday students have to write 10 sentences in French about 10 movies they've seen , describing them. An example was given on the board.
RELIGION 8B - We read together the Birth of the Church handout and talked about it. A double sided sheet of questions was handed out, due Monday.
FRENCH 8M - We reviewed Les vetements. Quiz on Friday.
FRENCH 8B - Same as above.
