This week we will take our fingerprint analysis quiz on Tuesday, 11/13. We will begin our study of chapter 7, blood spatter analysis.

This week we will study fingerprint analysis and its importance in the identification of a suspect. We will learn the different types of prints and practice collecting and comparing real fingerprints from our classmates. The quiz for fingerprint analysis will be on Friday.
This week we will study electromagnetic wave types and analyze the energy associated with them. We will compare properties of mechanical waves and EM waves. We will have a quiz on Thursday on wave properties, frequency calculations and identifying parts of a transverse wave.
This week we will begin our study of Electromagnetic (EM) waves and prepare for the midterm. Students were given study guidelines last week to help them prepare. The majority of the midterm will be from the physics unit. Block one will have their midterm on Thursday, November 1 at 7:25 to 9:10, Block 2 will have their midterm on Thursday, November 1, starting at 9:15 to 11:00.
